Even the most meticulously assembled e-bike may have a problem. With HNF-NICOLAI, you can save yourself the time and effort of having to take your eBike to be fixed.With a Germany-wide network of service partners and after-sales logistics, we can solve most problems without complications. Please note that we can only offer this service free of charge in the event of a warranty claim and only in Germany.
